         “鑫源”牌全自动液压海绵铁高密压块机能将海绵铁在不加入任何粘合剂的情况下压制成高密度圆柱形饼块（重量2-8公斤），饼块密度可达5T/M3以上（海绵铁含铁量不同，压出饼块密度不重量也不相同）。
     该机机架部分采用整体铸钢件，杜绝了钢板焊接件的开裂，提高了设备的可靠稳定性和使用的寿命。采用先进的液压传动技术及叠加组合阀块，使用优质的耐磨油封，油缸采用国内最新高科技工艺加工组装，从而保证连续运转不减弱油缸压力，经久耐用，运行平稳；电脑控制，自动化程度高，故障率低，维护容易等。
      还原铁（海绵铁） 是精铁粉在炉内经低温还原形式的低碳多孔状物质，其化学成分稳定，杂质含量少， 主要用作电炉炼钢的原料，是冶炼优质钢和特种钢的必备原材料，也可作为转炉炼钢的冷却剂，但海绵铁因是低碳多孔状物质，故密度太低，不能直接使用，必须将其在高压下形成高密度饼块才能使用，而鑫源牌海绵铁压块机是其最佳选择。
